Store Policy

In order to avoid confusion due to the complexities of shipping outside the Netherlands, we calculate the total cost of the items you have selected and the corresponding international shipping charge before you place your order. All prices include Dutch sales tax (VAT or BTW) which is 21% at the moment, you will be charged according to your local applied VAT rate during checkout. The VAT will automatically be deducted for all residents of non-European Union countries, only if the actual order is shipped to a country outside the European Union. Within the EU, the Dutch sales tax is always applicable. Outside the EU, you are responsible for paying any import taxes, import duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. Please check with your local post office or customs officials for more information.

Magik Muzik Shop is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-EU shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.
