What do US tariffs mean for my orders?

Significant changes have been made to global tariffs (import taxes imposed by a government) that will affect how packages enter the United States. Starting on August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption for packages entering the US will expire, meaning some merch purchases for US buyers will now be subject to tariffs. 

Many international postal carriers are temporarily suspending or changing delivery options to the US. These restrictions do not come from the artists and labels but from global couriers. As a result, some shipment are delayed or turn off / pause orders towards the United States until shipping options resume.

For those packages that are shipped to the United States after August 29, 2025, you may be charged tariffs upon delivery of the order. Any import duties are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.

Headings 9903.01.22, 9903.01.12, 9903.01.03, and 9903.01.31 describe informational materials, including but not limited to, publications, films, posters, phonograph records, photographs, microfilms, microfiche, tapes, compact discs, CD ROMs, artworks, and news wire feeds.

Goods properly classified under the following headings and subheadings of the HTSUS may qualify for the exception under 9903.01.22, 9903.01.12, 9903.01.03, and 9903.01.31: Chapter 49; goods provided for in headings 3704, 3705, 3706, 5807, 8310, and 9701 through 9705, inclusive; goods provided for in subheadings 6307.90.30, 6307.90.85, 8523.80.10, 8523.29, 8523.41, 8523.49, 9405.61, and 9405.69.

Order Processing & Shipping 

After you have submitted your order and after the payment has been approved, we will start processing your order. If all items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 3 business days (depending on the day you placed the order). You can always check the status of your order by clicking on the "My Account" link.

All orders from outside the Netherlands will be shipped by the postal services of that country. Or if you selected Fedex, we will ship it with Fedex. Within the Netherlands all orders will be shipped by PostNL and usually your order will arrive within 1-2 business days after it has been shipped.

Estimate Arrival Time:
- European Union memberstates: 5-10 business days. - Non European Union memberstates: 5-15 business days - FedEx: 1-3 business days

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the products and the destination. The total charges for shipping are calculated at the moment you click a product in your basket. For an indication of the shipping charges of your country, please contact us.
Orders are usually shipped within 3 working days, depending on the availability of the product and the day the order is placed. Depending on the country of destination, it might take up to 21 working days before the order is delivered. In the event that an order shipped is lost en route, we must wait for the claim to be processed. This can take up to 1 month.

Magik Muzik Shop cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur during the shipment of the goods. However, if the product is damaged you can return it to Magik Muzik Shop and we will replace it free of charge (depending on the availability of the product). Returning items to Magik Muzik Shop is at your own cost and liability.

Prices and Currency

Since the 1st of January 2002 the Euro is the official currency in the Netherlands and other countries in Europe. All orders are charged in Euro and if your from any other country the amount will be converted to your local currency (ie US$, UK Pound, etc.) using the actual exchange rate for your currency. For your convenience you can choose the currency in which you want to see the prices on our website. Just select your currency from list. Please note that even though we try to keep this exchange rate as up-to-date as possible, the actual exchange rate your creditcard company is using might be slightly different. As fluctuations in the exchange rates are beyond our control, we cannot be held liable for any differences in the actual exchange rate to your local currency.
